Job Description

Captura Hall is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Advertising Coordinator to support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project timelines, managing vendor communication, and ensuring all advertising materials meet brand standards and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track the progress of advertising campaigns from conception to completion

• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery of assets

• Maintain organized records of campaign details, invoices, and contracts

• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports for internal and client use

• Ensure consistency in brand messaging across all advertising materials

• Monitor the performance of ad campaigns and compile basic performance data for review

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field

• Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in an advertising or marketing environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with advertising terminology and processes
