Job Description
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Advertising Coordinator to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is eager to support the planning and execution of advertising campaigns across various platforms. The Advertising Coordinator will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure all advertising initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities
Assist in the coordination and execution of advertising campaigns from start to finish
Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to manage timelines and deliverables
Prepare campaign briefs, project schedules, and status reports
Monitor and track advertising performance and provide reports as needed
Support the creative team by organizing assets and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines
Conduct market research to support campaign development and strategy
Help manage budgets and invoice processing for advertising activities
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and approvals with stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field
1–2 years of experience in an advertising, marketing, or coordination role preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset
