Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. In this role, you will identify and pursue new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to our company's growth strategy. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, persuasive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach
Generate qualified leads and schedule meetings with potential clients
Present company services and solutions to prospective clients
Collaborate with internal teams to create proposals and customized strategies
Track sales metrics and provide regular performance reports
Attend industry events and represent the company as needed
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and market developments
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to understand client needs and present suitable solutions
Self-motivated with excellent time management skills
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
