• Provide product/service information and resolve issues efficiently.
• Process orders, payments, and returns as needed.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system.
• Meet performance metrics, including call handling time and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience.
• Follow company policies and guidelines for quality assurance.

✔️ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
✔️ Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
✔️ Ability to handle a high volume of calls and multitask efficiently.
✔️ Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM systems.
