Job Description
We are currently seeking a Client Account Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as a primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and handling inquiries with professionalism. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts
Develop and maintain strong client relationships
Understand client goals and ensure services align with expectations
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client needs and deadlines
Resolve client concerns and provide timely updates
Track client performance and generate reports as needed
Assist in onboarding new clients and maintaining client records
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Professional and client-focused demeanor
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Previous experience in client services, account management, or related fields is a plus
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic CRM systems
