Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Communications Agent to join our team. This role involves managing internal and external communications, ensuring clear and effective messaging across various channels. The ideal candidate will have strong writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills to support the company’s communication strategies and maintain brand consistency.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute communication strategies that align with company objectives
• Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including reports, newsletters, and presentations
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure consistent messaging and branding
• Assist in organizing corporate events, meetings, and press conferences
• Monitor industry trends and provide recommendations for improving communication efforts
• Respond to inquiries and manage company correspondence professionally
• Maintain and update communication materials and documentation
• Support leadership with speech writing, presentations, and other communication needs

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset
• Previous experience in communications, public relations, or a similar role is preferred
