Job Description:
Sociaxe is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Communications Agent to join our team in Dallas, TX. In this role, you will manage and streamline communication channels, ensuring clear and consistent messaging across internal and external audiences. Your expertise will help maintain our company’s reputation and enhance our engagement with clients, partners, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and distribute communication materials such as emails, memos, and announcements.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external communication inquiries.
• Coordinate and manage meetings, events, and presentations to ensure seamless communication flow.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure messaging aligns with company objectives.
• Monitor and report on communication effectiveness, suggesting improvements as needed.
• Maintain organized documentation of communication strategies and materials.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt messaging for various audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other communication tools.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Previous experience in a communications role is an advantage.
