The Communications Specialist will focus on creating and managing content for internal communications, client-facing documents, and public relations initiatives. 

Job: On site

Location: Birmingham, AL

Pay: $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and edit internal communications, memos, and announcements for staff.
• Prepare client-facing documents, presentations, and proposals.
• Assist in developing public relations materials, including press releases and company statements.
• Coordinate communication efforts for events, job fairs, and other public engagements.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure consistent messaging across all materials.
• Maintain and organize a library of company templates and standard communication documents.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to adapt messaging to suit various audiences and purposes.
