We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Customer Service Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing top-tier support and ensuring a seamless experience. Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries, provide product information, and resolve issues
