Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a prompt and courteous manner

• Assist clients with service requests, scheduling, and general information

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure client needs are met efficiently

• Monitor customer satisfaction and escalate complex issues to supervisors as needed

• Support administrative duties such as data entry and file management

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support (minimum 1 year)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
