Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and reliable Customer Service Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer support, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
  • Resolve customer complaints efficiently and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information and logging interactions in the CRM system.
  • Assist customers with processing orders, returns, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with other departments to address and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Monitor customer feedback and provide suggestions for improving products and services.
  • Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer concerns.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Patience and empathy when dealing with customers.
