Job Description
We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Chicago, IL. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting daily customer service operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our clients, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person in a timely and professional manner
Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint and determining the best solution
Maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback
Assist in processing orders, forms, applications, and requests
Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and improve service quality
Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is an asset
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Proficient with computers and basic office software
