Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve their inquiries, manage their accounts, and provide exceptional service. Your professionalism and dedication will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of support.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and emails, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services.
• Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges with attention to detail.
• Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Address and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary.
• Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are fully resolved.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve customer service skills.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and customer inquiries.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and customer service software.
• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred, but not required.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's degree is a plus).
