We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and service-driven Customer Support Assistant to join our Raleigh-based office. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent support to clients and customers, handling inquiries, and ensuring a seamless communication experience. This is a key position in our organization that requires strong interpersonal skills, a proactive mindset, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions

  • Assist with troubleshooting customer concerns and escalate complex issues when necessary

  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery

  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, appointment scheduling, and file management

  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus

  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles preferred
