Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring a smooth customer service experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels

  • Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in the system

  • Follow company guidelines to provide high-quality service and support

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer concerns are addressed efficiently

  • Process orders, returns, and service requests as needed

  • Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for service improvements

  • Handle multiple tasks while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism

  • Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced setting

  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications are a plus
