Job Description:
As a Customer Support Assistant at Swift 7 Consultants, you will play a key role in ensuring our clients receive the highest level of service and support. You will assist with day-to-day customer inquiries, manage administrative tasks, and contribute to the overall efficiency of our support operations. This position requires a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual who is eager to learn and grow within a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email, providing assistance and resolving issues promptly.
  • Assist with processing customer orders, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure follow-up when necessary.
  • Provide product and service information to customers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently.
  • Assist in managing customer feedback and escalating issues when required.
  • Perform general administrative duties as needed to support the customer support team.

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask and handle multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • A customer-centric attitude with a focus on providing positive experiences.
  • Proficient with basic office software and able to learn new systems quickly.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred, but not required.
