Job Description:
Sociaxe is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Support Assistant to join our Cleveland-based team. In this role, you will act as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring that all inquiries, concerns, and requests are addressed promptly and professionally.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality assistance to customers via phone, email, and in-person

  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Update and maintain accurate customer records in our systems

  • Collaborate with internal teams to solve client issues efficiently

  • Monitor and follow up on customer support tickets

  • Identify recurring issues and suggest improvements for service processes

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer support software
