Job Description
We are seeking a Customer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in New York. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing timely and effective assistance to resolve inquiries and ensure customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal ticketing systems
Identify and troubleshoot technical or service-related issues
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions
Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department when necessary
Follow up with clients to ensure their issues are resolved and they are satisfied
Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience
Stay updated on company products, services, and policy changes
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
Previous experience in a customer support or help desk role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
