Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Customer Support Specialist to join our Atlanta-based team. In this role, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a high standard of service across multiple communication channels.
Responsibilities
Respond to customer questions, complaints, and requests in a timely and courteous manner
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure quick and effective issue resolution
Identify recurring customer issues and report insights to the management team
Follow company procedures and protocols for handling customer issues
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing consistent, solution-focused support
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a customer support or service role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in using CRM software and basic office applications
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
