Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Communications Coordinator to support internal and external communication initiatives. This role involves crafting clear, compelling messaging, maintaining brand consistency across platforms, and ensuring that all communication strategies align with company goals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, a strong eye for detail, and a proactive mindset.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement communication plans for internal and external audiences
Draft and edit content for press releases, newsletters, presentations, and company announcements
Support the planning and execution of communication campaigns
Collaborate with departments to ensure messaging is consistent and on-brand
Assist in organizing and preparing materials for meetings and public engagements
Monitor communication effectiveness and suggest improvements
Maintain records of communication materials and documentation
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, English, or related field
1-3 years of experience in a communications or coordination role
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Knowledge of AP style is a plus
