Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and organized Event Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As an Event Coordinator at Nexmos Design, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing a variety of events, ensuring every detail aligns with our clients' vision and expectations.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of event planning and execution, from concept to completion.
Communicate with clients to understand their event needs and objectives.
Manage logistics, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination.
Create event schedules and oversee the setup and breakdown process.
Ensure all events are executed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Work closely with marketing and design teams to ensure brand alignment.
Handle on-site coordination and troubleshoot issues as they arise during the event.
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and suppliers.
