We are currently seeking a dynamic and organized Events Assistant to join our team in San Antonio, TX. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of events that reflect Nexmos Design’s vision and branding. This position requires strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning and coordinating corporate and promotional events from concept to execution

  • Support on-site event setup, breakdown, and logistics

  • Manage vendor communication and maintain event timelines

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure brand consistency across all event elements

  • Handle event-related administrative tasks including tracking budgets, preparing materials, and maintaining records

  • Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection to improve future experiences

  • Provide excellent support to clients and stakeholders throughout the planning and event process

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

  • 1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support in a similar role

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools

  • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for events
