Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and proactive Events Assistant to join our dynamic team. As an Events Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting the planning and execution of various events, ensuring all logistics are handled efficiently and effectively. This role is perfect for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about delivering outstanding event experiences.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Support event managers in managing schedules, vendors, and logistics
Ensure event materials, equipment, and supplies are prepared and delivered on time
Assist with venue setup and breakdown during events
Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members to ensure smooth event operations
Handle event registrations, attendee communication, and other administrative tasks
Manage on-site event operations, ensuring everything runs according to plan
Provide post-event support, including gathering feedback and reporting on event success
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in event coordination or similar role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required
