We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Front Desk Receptionist *ASAP* to join our dynamic team. As the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring that our front office operates smoothly. 

Job: On site - Westlake, OH

Pay Range: $18.50 - $27.00 hourly

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel
• Manage and schedule appointments and meetings
• Maintain a tidy and organized reception area
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

• Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite and other relevant software
• Basic knowledge of office equipment such as printers and fax machines
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment
