Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Junior Account Representative to join our expanding team in Charlotte, NC. Responsibilities

• Assist in managing client accounts and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth and efficient client service delivery

• Maintain accurate account records, documentation, and client files

• Conduct research to support property-related solutions for clients

• Support senior account representatives with day-to-day tasks and project execution

• Participate in training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on industry best practices

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred

• 0–2 years of experience in account management, customer service, or administrative support

• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to work well independently and within a team environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
