Job Description
We are currently seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to support and execute marketing campaigns, coordinate sales initiatives, and contribute to the overall growth of our client portfolio. This role involves a combination of marketing execution, customer engagement, and administrative support to ensure smooth operations across both departments.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing and sales campaigns
Assist in the development of marketing materials, proposals, and client presentations
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
Track campaign performance and prepare reports for management
Support the sales team in client communication and follow-up
Maintain organized records of marketing activities, client interactions, and sales leads
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging
Schedule and organize promotional events, product launches, or client meetings
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
1–3 years of experience in marketing, sales coordination, or related roles
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently and within a team
