Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and strategic Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our team in Kansas City, MO. In this role, you will bridge the gap between our marketing and sales efforts, ensuring cohesive campaigns and effective outreach strategies. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Analyze market trends and customer data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop sales materials, presentations, and promotional content.
• Track and report on campaign performance and sales outcomes.
• Support the sales team by coordinating leads, preparing proposals, and ensuring follow-ups.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent communication and service.
• Organize and participate in trade shows, product launches, and other promotional events.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience in marketing, sales coordination, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing software is a plus.
