Job Description
We are seeking a Marketing and Sales Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Kansas, MO. This role plays a key part in executing marketing strategies, coordinating sales efforts, and supporting overall business development. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Support the sales team by preparing presentations, proposals, and client materials
Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and report findings to management
Maintain organized documentation of leads, prospects, and customer communications
Assist in developing marketing materials including brochures, flyers, and email templates
Schedule and attend client meetings, taking detailed notes and following up as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and alignment
Conduct market research to identify trends and potential new clients
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in marketing and/or sales coordination
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in B2B marketing or client-facing roles is a plus
