Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive business growth and brand awareness for Property Soar. You will be responsible for supporting the marketing department in various tasks related to content creation, research, and campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns

• Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to support marketing efforts

• Help create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, newsletters, and promotional materials

• Assist with managing the company's website and ensuring content is updated

• Support social media marketing efforts (not managing social media accounts)

• Coordinate events and promotions to enhance brand presence

• Prepare and analyze reports on the performance of marketing initiatives

• Provide administrative support to the marketing team as needed

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Assistant or in a similar role

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple projects

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Familiarity with marketing tools and software is a plus

• Creative and innovative mindset with attention to detail

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred
