Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Communications Assistant to support our team in executing high-impact communication and branding initiatives. This role will work closely with our marketing and property teams to develop clear, consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and has a strong foundation in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and editing internal and external marketing materials

• Draft press releases, promotional content, and email communications

• Coordinate marketing campaigns with team members and external vendors

• Support the planning and execution of branding strategies

• Monitor communications trends and report on campaign performance

• Maintain organized documentation for marketing materials and reports

• Participate in meetings to align messaging across departments

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field

• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing, communications, or administrative support role

• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Experience with basic design or presentation tools is a plus

• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
