About the Role

Reboot Staff is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist to join our team in Greensboro, NC. This role involves supporting the development and execution of marketing strategies, conducting market research, and coordinating promotional activities to help drive brand awareness and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Market Research: Analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities.
• Campaign Development: Assist in creating and implementing marketing campaigns, including print, direct mail, and event promotions.
• Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.
• Content Creation: Develop compelling marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and internal communications.
• Data Analysis: Track and report on campaign performance metrics to assess success and inform future strategies.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
