Job Description
Reboot Staff is currently seeking a dependable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This role is vital in supporting daily office operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workplace. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Manage incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Organize and schedule appointments and meetings
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
Prepare and modify documents including reports, memos, and correspondence
Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner
Support other staff with administrative tasks as needed
Maintain physical and digital filing systems
Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
Proven experience as an office assistant, receptionist, or similar role
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
