Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team as soon as possible. In this role, you will be an essential part of our administrative operations, providing valuable support to ensure our office runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Salary Range: $17.50 - $25.00 per hour, based on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate records.
• Organize and file documents to ensure easy access and retrieval.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and packages.
• Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings as required.
• Maintain office supplies and order new materials as needed.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications are a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
