Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. The Project Coordinator will support the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and facilitating communication between team members and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing project plans, timelines, and resource allocations

• Coordinate and monitor daily project activities to ensure deadlines are met

• Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and provide updates

• Maintain project documentation, schedules, and reports

• Identify and resolve project issues or escalate them to the appropriate manager

• Support budgeting, invoicing, and procurement processes related to projects

• Help ensure projects align with company standards and objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Proficient in project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
