Job Description:
Next Coms Talk is seeking a professional and reliable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. This individual will play a key role in creating a positive first impression and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate departments
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Maintain a clean and organized reception area
Schedule appointments and manage meeting room bookings
Perform general administrative and clerical support as needed
Assist with data entry and filing when required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree preferred
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and attitude
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
