We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing sales to drive revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new sales leads and identify potential clients

  • Conduct sales calls and presentations to prospective clients

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close deals in line with company goals

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas

  • Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client interactions

  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge

 

Qualifications

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

  • Ability to build and maintain long-lasting client relationships

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus
