Purpose and Objective
AMIRI is looking for a talented Operations Manager for its upcoming retail store in the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets! The AMIRI Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing all things operations-related in the location, including but not limited to: Inventory Control, Health & Safety Training, Shipping/Receiving, Auditing, etc. In partnership with Corporate Retail Operations, this role is key to keeping the store operationally compliant by ensuring processes/SOPs are followed.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a passion for luxury retail. As the heart of our store operations, you'll oversee everything from inventory control to health and safety training, ensuring that each process aligns perfectly with our corporate standards. Your main duties will include leading all store inventories, managing stock adjustments, and establishing an effective system for shipping and receiving. You will collaborate with our retail operations team to keep our back-of-house space organized and functional, while also managing restocking processes on the sales floor. Ensuring the safety and comfort of both staff and customers will be a priority, as you'll serve as Store Safety Lead and oversee monthly safety trainings. We believe in empowering our staff, so you will also be involved in training both front-of-house and back-of-house teams on operational compliance. If you have at least five years of luxury operations experience and a knack for leadership, you could be the perfect fit for this role. Your adept communication skills and proficiency in technology will be invaluable as you juggle multiple tasks in a busy retail setting.
