ANA is seeking a creative and analytical Digital Marketing Specialist to develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The successful candidate will support the development and management of the website, social media, and email marketing campaigns that align with the company's brand and strategic goals. An ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing, a strong understanding of marketing strategies, and lead generation. The Marketing Specialist, Digital, will help develop digital strategies and marketing efforts to continue to focus on strengthening our customer base and increasing revenue.
Scope of Duties and Responsibilities - Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, encompassing social media management, email campaigns, and website optimization.
- Create engaging graphic content and copy, including video shorts and social media templates, to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing leadership to align digital strategies with ANA's overall business objectives and goals.
- Manage the database for personalized communications, list segmentation, lead tracking, and behavioral targeting to enhance audience engagement.
- Oversee the marketing platform, including automation tools, CRM, CMS, and email systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Provide guidance and support to ANA departments to uphold digital brand standards and address web and social media requirements.
- Work with the marketing specialist on trade shows to establish editorial calendars and manage communication efforts aimed at increasing lead generation.
- Partner with leadership and team members to define customer personas and map customer journeys, ensuring intentional and effective user experiences.
- Prioritize user experience research methodologies, such as A/B testing and heat mapping, to evaluate and enhance digital effectiveness.
- Collaborate on creative direction for digital assets, including templates, visuals, videos, and online content.
- Analyze digital performance metrics to optimize website usability, social media growth, lead generation through CMS platforms, and email marketing effectiveness.
- Create and maintain a digital dashboard to monitor ANA's digital accounts and performance.
- Collaborate with creative designers, trade show marketing specialists, sales support, and multimedia professionals to produce diverse digital content for both print and online platforms.
Qualifications- 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or digital marketing preferred.
- Mastery of all social media platforms with the ability to develop platform strategy, creation, and roll-out of daily posts.
- Experience with marketing platforms (HubSpot is a plus)
- Video and photo editing skills.
- Creation and use of customer personas and journey maps.
- Solid computer skills with Microsoft Office 365, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress (HTML and CSS) and marketing applications (Web analytics, Google AdWords etc.)
- Experience with creation of content, including photos, video-shorts, social templates, short copy, social posts with captions.
- Deep experience in measuring and reporting of digital channels against goals to increase ROI.
- Time management - ability to handle multiple projects with very tight deadlines. Ability to prioritize tasks to meet due dates.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal guidance.
- Knowledge of UX/UI principles and research methodology (A/B testing, attitudinal vs. behavior, surveys, heatmaps). Must be able to set priorities and collaborate on these principles.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to present concepts and ideas to marketing team members to reach consensus.

The salary range for this role is $53,000 – 58,000 per year, which serves as a guide for pay decisions. Final compensation will be determined by factors, such as candidate's qualifications, experience, and skills, and pay equity considerations.
