As a Home Renovation Carpenter on our Wilmington team, you will join us on our by delivering five-star window and door installation service. This position is great for carpenters who like a change of pace, you will experience and get hands on training

with a variety of installations and change of scenery every week. You will report directly to our Production Manager and work closely with our Lead Installers, Trainers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

Duties

· Construct, install, and repair structures such as frameworks, doorframes, window frames, wall framing, using hand tools and power tools.

· Familiar siding installation and repairs to protect buildings from weather elements.

· Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.

· Problem solving skills to assess project requirements and material needs.

· Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

· Proven experience as a Carpenter w/ portfolio of completed projects.

· Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively.

· Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.

· Ability to learn and grow, if you have the basic carpenter skills, we can build your portfolio and skills through hands on and national certified master installer training.

· Leadership abilities

· Eager to work

· Willingness to travel

· Metal Brake Experience a plus

Pay: per hour $20-$27
