• Gaining in-depth knowledge of the company through active and independent involvement in various topics and projects across different departments and areas
• Independently managing project tasks, including taking on sub-projects and full projects
• Acting as an interface with other company departments
• Assisting with and taking over administrative and organizational tasks
• Analyzing and preparing data
• Creating presentations and reports
• Completing internal training sessions to prepare for future responsibilities

• Successfully completed technical or business education
• Gained insights into industrial companies through internships and/or your bachelor’s/master’s thesis or have some initial professional experience
• Work style characterized by high-quality standards, analytical thinking, independence, and goal orientation
• Approach tasks with pragmatism, drive, and strong execution skills
• Possess solid business knowledge, a strong IT affinity, and excellent communication skills in both German and English
• Able to present information in a clear and audience-appropriate manner
• Eager to immerse yourself deeply and sustainably into the Anton Paar corporate environment

This position is subject to the collective agreement governing employees in the metal sector. Your actual salary depends on your experience and qualifications. For the vacant position it will usually be set within the following range (gross per month, excluding overtime): € 3.700 to € 4.200
