Meet Your Team: Programmatic Business - adjoe Ads 


Leveraging adjoe’s in depth expertise in driving quality UA for advertisers and delivering incremental monetization revenue to publishers, we are now dedicating our resources to building a comprehensive mobile programmatic platform via adjoe Ads in-app bidding solution. 

In 2024, global programmatic ad spend reached an estimated $595 billion with spending set to approach $800 billion by 2028. adjoe Ads Business Team is excited to be on the forefront of slicing a big piece of this ad spend pie and helping out our customers and Product Team tackling day to day challenges with improving our performance in the programmatic space. 

You will be working with the most cutting edge technology and large data sets to bring clarity into performance analysis and growth opportunities for adjoe Ads’ UA campaigns and monetization results. 


What Will You Do
  • Identify and drive the implementation of growth strategies for adjoe Ads advertisers and publishers 
  • Lead the daily analysis of programmatic performance data, such as ad revenue, CPIs, IPMs, ROAS and other KPIs, to generate reports and insights for both internal business teams and external partners
  • Utilize data-driven problem-solving in managing user acquisition campaigns performance that support the growth of app partners' mobile apps.
  • Continuously run, evaluate and communicate the risk / benefit analysis of own and team’s ideas with regards to growth strategies
  • Evaluate existing and propose new business solutions to determine associated risks, benefits, and potential performance issues
  • Contribute to product optimization models by pinpointing areas for improvement, ideation and testing.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and collaborate with the product team to develop impactful internal features.
