IT Generalist Intern

Apprenticely is helping TectroIT hire an IT Help Desk Intern to help their team! This is a great opportunity for individuals who

are looking to gain hands-on experience in the IT services industry. The ideal candidate will be a

self-starter with a positive attitude, a strong willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a customer service capacity.

This position will be onsite in Rogers at First Baptist Church.

• Take inbound requests for service and accurately log them into the helpdesk system.
• Provide tier 1 support to clients, including troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
• Escalate and dispatch service requests that require on-site support to the appropriate team members.
• Offer recommendations and assist with systematic improvements to the support process.
• Audit automated support processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
• Assist with rollout of new systems.
• Go onsite to partner locations to provide support to clients.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Positive attitude and a customer-focused mindset.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with people.
• Very fluent in English, with strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Basic understanding of IT systems and a keen interest in technology.
• A work environment that promotes focus during work hours.
• Adequate Internet service.
• Ability to work and manage tasks independently.

• Ability to work in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
• Current Arkansas state resident
• Must be have reliable transportation to drive to work locations around NWA

• Pay: $15/hour
• Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
• Length of Internship: 3 months 
• Location: On-Site Rogers, AR

How does the interview process work? Apprenticely will conduct an initial phone interview and assessment. Apprenticely will send selected resumes to companies that match the candidate’s skills and interests. Our employer partners will decide who to interview and select the final candidates for the internship program.
