Apt Resources is looking for a Female Personal Assistant for the Company Director in a dynamic hybrid setup that allows for both work-from-home and office engagement. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the Director's day-to-day operations run smoothly, providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and enhancing productivity. Responsibilities
- Organize and manage the Director's calendar, including scheduling meetings and travel arrangements.
- Act as a liaison between the Director and various stakeholders, managing emails and communication.
- Prepare, edit, and distribute reports, presentations, and other correspondence as needed.
- Coordinate and attend meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
- Maintain a well-organized and efficient filing system for documents and records.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Assist with project management tasks and track deadlines.
- Perform general administrative duties, including managing office supplies and resources.
- Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with project management tools.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid environment.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred.
- Experience in managing executive-level tasks is a plus.
- Must be located in UAE and available for both remote and office work.
