Door to Door Sales Representative (Climate Tech)

Aquaria is revolutionizing water access with innovative atmospheric water generation (AWG) technology, and we’re seeking a driven and results-oriented Appointment Setter to join our team. This role focuses on generating and qualifying leads for residential installations of Aquaria’s groundbreaking water solutions. As part of a dynamic startup, you’ll play a key role in shaping how people access clean, sustainable water for their homes. You will be in the field canvassing areas for leads.

Compensation: $30K base + Commission

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage with prospective customers interested in atmospheric water systems.
  • Customer Qualification: Qualify potential customers by assessing their water needs and pinpointing those who would benefit most from Aquaria’s technology.
  • Build Rapport: Establish strong connections with customers, creating trust and setting a solid foundation for future conversations with the closing team.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide a positive, memorable experience for every customer to ensure they feel valued and excited about Aquaria’s solutions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Accurately schedule and manage appointments with potential customers for our In-Home Closers, ensuring a seamless transition in the sales process.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized, up-to-date records of customer interactions, leads, and appointments using our CRM tools.
  • Location: Must live in Dallas or the Greater Dallas area.
  • Preferred Experience: Previous success setting appointments for high-ticket sales in industries such as solar, batteries, roofing, or other door-to-door sales scenarios.
  • Salesmanship and Customer Service: Skilled at overcoming objections, making customers feel at ease, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to quickly build rapport and connect with a wide range of customers.
  • Work Ethic and Endurance: A proven ability to stay focused, motivated, and resilient in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the ability to manage schedules, appointments, and customer data efficiently.
