Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive conversions.
  • Manage and optimize media buying across various digital platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic channels.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences and evaluate competitor performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics to derive actionable insights and improve ROI on marketing spend.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to design compelling ad content that resonates with target audiences.
  • Monitor trends in digital marketing and adapt strategies in response to changing market conditions.
  • Prepare and present reports on campaign performance, spend, and other key performance indicators to stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience achieving in Media Buying starting 3 to 7 years.
  • Proven experience as a Media Buyer or in a similar performance marketing role, preferably within a digital marketing agency working for/ in the Gulf area.
  • Previous achievements records in E-commerce, Mobile apps, Travel or Real estate.
  • Experienced using Data Layering
  • Experienced in reports generation and data analysis using Excel and GA4.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and other data analysis platforms.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and experience working with media vendors to secure the best placements and rates.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate findings into strategic improvements for marketing campaigns.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration within teams and across departments.
