About The Role:
As a Key Accounts Manager, you will oversee a portfolio of key clients, nurture existing relationships, and spearhead new business initiatives. This role provides a dynamic and fast-paced environment ideal for those passionate about digital marketing and eager to innovate and drive results.
serve as the primary point of contact and communication bridge between clients, ensuring their needs are promptly and effectively addressed.
• Cultivate and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with clients to promote loyalty and satisfaction.
• Skillfully negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Proactively and professionally handle client concerns and inquiries in a timely manner.
• Prepare detailed account, performance and revenue reports that showcase key performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Identify growth opportunities within client accounts and collaborate with internal teams to drive sales.
• Develop innovative strategies to strengthen client relationships and increase revenue while delivering exceptional value.
• Ensure timely resolution of critical issues to facilitate effective escalation management.
• Work closely with Analytics and Ad Operations to determine root causes for customer success or failure and drive requirements for product or process enhancement and development as needed
• Partner with internal cross-functional teams to understand customer goals and key performance metrics and exceed those goals throughout the campaign.
• Leverage technical tools and quantitative data to manage campaigns to success, high customer satisfaction and renewal
• Provide input on new processes and workflows as needed
• Focus on ensuring we maintain superior customer service levels, operational excellence and strategic insight.
• A degree from a university in the fields of Marketing, Mass Communication, Business or another related area.
• At least four years of proven experience in Account Management within the digital marketing industry.
• Deep understanding of online marketing tools, trends, and social media platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with close attention to detail.
• Fluent in both spoken and written English as well as Arabic.
• Good knowledge of CRM Software, Microsoft Office, and G-Suite applications.
Ability to customize solutions according to client’s specific needs and goals
. • Ability to handle multiple tasks at once and manage various projects without making mistakes.
• Strong negotiation capabilities complemented by analytical abilities that can lead to successful results.
