We’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO & Head of Brand across daily operations, strategic initiatives, and rapidly growing podcasts. This is a key role in a high-performance environment where attention to detail, discretion, and communication excellence are essential.

Salary - $1300 per month

Type of Work - Full-time (remote), 40 hours per week.

Work Schedule - UK working hours, with occasional flexibility needed.

• In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
• 1+ year of experience as a remote Executive Assistant, ideally in a marketing, digital, or agency environment.
• Proven ability to work independently in a virtual setup, ideally as an independent contractor or freelancer.
• Comfortable handling confidential information with discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• High proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and communication tools like Slack, Zoom, and project management platforms (e.g., Trello, ClickUp, or Asana).
• Experience with podcast scheduling, production coordination, or content publishing is a strong plus.
• Strong time management, organisational skills, and a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection (with backup) is essential.
