Our client, a growing international brand in the home and outdoor living space, is looking for a results-driven and enthusiastic Lead Generation & B2B Sales Representative to support the expansion of their pizza oven product line across key European markets (UK, Germany, Italy, and France).

Salary - $1000 /month + 5% Commission on every sale
Type of Work - Full Time (REMOTE)

- In depth background in a remote set-up of work similar to freelancing as an Independent Contractor (deep understanding on the pros & cons involved in this industry).
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in B2B lead generation, outbound sales, or cold calling roles.
- Proven track record of success in generating leads and converting prospects into sales.
- Experience working across international markets such as the UK, Germany, France, or Italy is highly advantageous.
- Comfortable conducting online research and maintaining organized lead databases.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Confident phone manner with the ability to cold call and engage decision-makers professionally.
- Ability to qualify leads, identify buying signals, and follow up effectively.
- Able to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and KPIs.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote or fast-paced environment.
