What You'll Do
  • Administers the leave of absence programs and ADA requests including all federal, state and local leaves and Arrive’s leave policies in partnerships with vendors and ESBPs. 
  • Oversees all leave of absence processes and communication with employees, managers and the leave of absence vendor. 
  • Ensures accurate and timely reporting of leaves and leave and disability payments. 
  • Ensures the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in Workday and administers any HRIS related tasks in Workday including change in status events and EOIs. 
  • Performs quality checks and audits of benefits-related data. 
  • Assists with new-hire benefits orientations and educating employees on their benefits programs. 
  • Assists with the open enrollment process in WD, employee meetings and education.
  • Responds to benefits inquiries from managers and employees on plan provisions, eligibility, benefits enrollments, status changes and other general inquiries. 
  • Monitors vendor file integrations to ensure accurate and timely reporting, corrects warnings and errors, and manages any necessary manual uploads as needed. 
  • Provides necessary reports for allocation/billing charges and pays premiums in a consistent, accurate, and timely manner. 
  • Assists as needed on processes, procedures and audits to ensure benefits plans are in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws. 
  • Responds to 401(k) inquiries from managers and employees regarding eligibility, enrollment, plan changes and contribution amounts. 
  • Assists with funding employee 401(k), HSA, FSA and Commuter payroll contributions.
  • Supports other Total Rewards projects and initiatives when needed. 


Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field of study. 
  • 1+ years’ of experience in HR benefits administration. 
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate and analyze data in reports. ● Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively. 
  • Ability to focus on a single project from start to finish. 
  • Ability to conduct themselves with a high level of discretion. 
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.

$59,000 - $82,000 a year
The base salary range for this position is $59,000 - $82,000, plus bonus and benefits. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on work location, job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training.
