Arsenal Biosciences Inc. is a clinical-stage programmable cell therapy company engineering advanced CAR T-cell therapies for solid tumors. We are seeking a motivated Finance Intern  to work onsite based in our South San Francisco office.

• As a Key member of the FP&A team, the candidate will assist in financial period closing and analysis, including data analysis and reporting to multiple business stakeholders. 
• Assist with data support and quantitative analysis by extracting relevant financial reports and preparing data summaries.
• Assist in the design and timely preparation of the financial dashboards, including total company financial performance and functional KPIs 
• Shadow other team members in keeping track of clinical-related expenses and updating forecast based on evolving key assumptions 
• Assist in updating and enhancing Long Range Plan (LRP) to generate meaningful insights

• Current college student with strong academic achievements
• Proficient in MS Excel Skill with ability to handle complex data problems
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and quantitative analytical skills
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• An excellent team player and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.  
• Proficient in using financial software and data analysis tools to manipulate and analyze large datasets.

The estimated base salary for the preferred primary location of the San Francisco Bay area ranges from $20–$25/hour. Salary ranges for other locations may vary.  Base pay offered may vary based on job-related knowledge, experience, education, and location. Beyond these considerations, we are committed to pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current employees when making any final offers.
